Mode of Action
- CANNON contains Chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC, an anthranilic diamide insecticide.
- It acts on the insect ryanodine receptor and disrupts calcium release in insect muscle cells.
- This causes rapid cessation of feeding followed by paralysis and death of susceptible insect pests.
- It provides systemic and translaminar activity and helps protect crops from damaging caterpillar and borer pests.
